Support Our Local Hospital

For more than 40 years, JFL has been the island’s lifeline, providing emergency care, maternity services, dialysis, imaging, and compassionate treatment to every resident who walks through its doors.

The St. Croix Community Hospital Foundation (SCCHF) has launched a $2 million campaign to restore the Cardiac Program, a service that once made JFL a Center of Excellence but was devastated by past hurricanes. Without this program, more than 79 residents last year were airlifted off-island for care at an average cost of $40,000 per flight. Those transfers are not just expensive; they are exhausting and frightening for patients and families already in crisis.
